Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To request a return, contact us at tradewithusama877@gmail.com before sending the item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported immediately. Sale items, gift cards, personalized/custom products, perishable goods, and certain personal care or hazardous items are non-returnable. EU customers may cancel or return orders within 14 days as required by applicable law.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, although your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
